Domestic Shipping


Each item is initially assessed for shape and material to determine shipping costs. All items include insurance and tracking. Additional charges may apply in some cases such as items that require special handling. Some items may take longer to ship including items that require special handling and large items. 


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Local Pickup


Free local pickup is available at all times. You can book a time to inspect and pick up items by clicking “book now” on our homepage. Please pickup items 5 days within purchasing. In some cases special arrangements can be made, please contact us if you have such a request. 


Local Delivery


Local delivery is currently within a 15 mile radius of our store. Local delivery decisions are on a case by case basis. Fees determined upon decision. Due to current health guidelines delivery to curbside and not place items in homes. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.




Treasures of Ojai are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Photo documentation of the delivered package with damage and contents helps facilitate successful claims. 


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy


All purchases are final. If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery of your item so that we may further assist you. Returns will not be considered if no contact is made within 7 days of receiving purchase.
