Beautiful Vintage Cameo in 800 Silver Setting

This carved cameo features the profile of a beautiful woman with her hair up. It is in a setting of 800 silver and has a small brass toned rope detail around the bezel. The item can be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. The cameo is in  good vintage condition with minimal wear to the item. The piece is marked 800 on the back of the cameo.
